T. S. Eliot, The Four Quartets, or, Dante, The Divine Comedy (ideally both)
4. One book that made you laugh:
Walker Percy, Lost in the Cosmos
5. One book that made you cry:
J. R. R. Tolkien, The Lord of the Rings
6. One book that you wish had been written:
Karl Barth, Church Dogmatics V/1 (I have to agree with Ben Myers on this one)

Hal Lindsey, The Late Great Planet Earth

Karl Barth, The Epistle to the Romans

Hans Frei, The Eclipse of Biblical Narrative
